The Buddy Holly Tribute Show

An Evening With Buddy Holly featuring Robbie Limon is a new musical theater experience by Limon Wissmann Productions. The show will debut at Sherando High School , Stephens City, Virginia, on May 17, 2008 sponsored by the Winchester-Frederick County Child Advocacy Center. The show is set in December 1958 in Greenwich Village, NY, as Buddy and his bride await the New Year start for the Winter Dance Party Tour of the mid-west. Buddy rehearses the tour band with over 20 songs he recorded during 1956-1958 and responds to audience questions about his career, his music, and his future. This unique format for a stage play is certain to give an inside look at a life which has been described as "eighteen months of fame and generations of influence".
